Took a half day at work tomorrow. How about you?

Recommended Posts

Nope.

If we win I'm getting to work early with my Mike Devito jersey on to greet all the scurrying Rats fans coming through the door.

If we lose I will be sitting in the warehouse by myself like any other day....

A Jets victory over the Pats would ring a little hollow if I wasn't able to mash it in the faces of every Giants fan and Pats fanboy within a 3 floor parameter at work the next day. I might even have to catch an earlier train just to make sure I get to everyone!

No half day but I'll certainly be taking an hour or two nap tonight... Going to bed at like midnight when the game ends and getting up at 5am for work is not a good recipe.

I work for myself. If we win tonight, I'm gonna be drunk. If we lose, I'm gonna be drunk. Chances are I dont make it out of bed till about 10 lol

Not a real NY team.

Just as real as a couple of football teams that neither play nor practice in NY.

I will be happy drunk tonight, or mad drunk, I don't know which? Either way, I've already told my boss not to expect me in the office until around 10 or 11.

No. Not only can I control my emotions, but also my drinking. I also work in Boston, so eff them regardless of the outcome.

I have to be at Westchester Medical Center at 5AM and American Dream at 9AM.  I don't think I'll be able to watch the entire game unfortunately.

Work? Work !?!

What's that ???

Oh yeah, now I remember. Getting up early. Commutes. Idiot bosses. Incompetent subordinates. Difficult customers. Quite some time ago but now that I remember it, man did that suck :)

Jets are probably going to lose. But they sure have a shot to win. If they win, can you remember a more glorious moment in the past say ....5 years? I cant.

What a sad indictment of this franchise.  Sitting at 1-4 playing a mid-season game, and it might be 'the most glorious moment in 5 years".

Wow, that's just sad.
