You can't rush a groin.   It has to be 100%.

The Jets staff should have known better.

This is one of the biggest problems.  The Jets' medical and training staff seem completely inept.

I’m not willing to say they are completely inept, but I could at least understand why o-lineman Osemele is currently questioning the Jets staff about his ability to play through HIS injury.

When the thought of two first rounders seemed like too much for Mack, just think about how quickly we would trade for him if it was for Leo and Quinnen.

Jets still haven't figured out to have an elite defense you need to have the elite pass rush(er).

Maybe ONE day they'll understand they have to replace John Abraham; it's only been 14 years.

Just tank for a top 5 pick.  Maybe this GM won’t be stupid enough to waste it on an interior defensive lineman.

Don’t need to tank, we are god awful enough to do it ourselves. You think Darnold has any confidence left after the I see ghosts game?

I personally don't think it will affect Darnold at all. He just played the best defense in football, the best coach in football, who had 11 days to prepare for an offense & an Oline that hasn't had 1 bit of consistancy all year or the same PLAYERS for 1 game! Jets Oline is easily bottom 3 in a league with 32 teams. He's played all of 1 season (16 games), with one of the worst offensive rosters in football. You people forget there's a reason Macc was finally fired.

Wonder what the defense would have looked like with a healthy Williamson and Mosley. Oh well.

We'll see next year if they keep Williamson. They'll have a deep very good LB core with Hewitt & Cashman getting all of this experience this year. Jets are snakebitten with injuries this year, just awful.

From Pro Football Rumors. "Might be more than a groin"

C.J. Mosley was one of the biggest free agent signings of the offseason. The Jets poached the inside linebacker from the Ravens for a record-setting contract. His career in New York has struggled to get underway due to injuries. Playing in just his second game of the season on Monday against the Patriots, Mosley re-aggravated his groin injury.

According to Rich Cimini of NFL.com, the organization is concerned about Mosley’s health. Head coach Adam Gase told reporters that “It might be more than the groin.” In fact, Gase’s comments suggested there is a certain level of uncertainty and that doctors are in the middle of a “deep dive” into his health.

Today's press conference was concerning.  CJ is seeing specialists, talking to doctors, "they're trying to figure this thing out."  It sounds like something significant is up to me.  He mentioned sending MRIs around to specialists, etc.

I don't think we see him on the field again.  Just a guess.
