Ultimately gets them more than best case scenario for comp picks (much later 3rd, essentially early 4th, a year later), while they also can avoid the comp pick issue of being limited in this offseaon's FA to still get it. Plus, while less important, but a little side bonus, it frees up even more money for next year. A 3rd and a 5th for a potential half-season rental is a pretty good result. A 3rd and a 4th if he signs an extension is even better. We have plenty of pieces on the DL with Anderson, McLendon, Quinnen, Phillips, Foley Fatukasi, Willis. Joe Douglas didn't draft Leonard Williams. 2. Value is the max amount that a team is willing to give up for Leonard. A contending team would have had to give up a 2 to beat this.
