Not sure what's more awful-the New York Jets, or the NFL referees.

Would suggest we get a 2020 draft thread going, but, again, Jets.

Chris Johnson should step away as he is the root of this shlt show.

The Johnsons have no shame. They make James Dolan look like  a cloistered monk.

Does it ever occur to Goodell and the NFL that when you need a ref in the TV booth to explain every goddamn things it's gone to f__in' far?

Edoga doing something other than blocking anyone on the INT.

The final 2 minutes of this half are going to take 30 minutes worth of ads for crappy CBS shows. THANKS, ROGER.

Edoga should not be let out of the lockerroom for the 2nd half nor on the plane back to Newark.

Joe Douglass can go **** himself as well.

There is no way there isn't a free agent or practice squad LT better them edoga .

There is no way

Not defending Darnold's poor decisions. But his blind side is being guarded by a guy who should not be in the NFL.

"They have had no answers for Ryan Fitzpatrick" is the worst sentence I've heard watching a Jet game since "Vinny is down".

Akin to "Cannot get drunk at an open bar".

Is Gase on the spectrum? WTF is this? Look, I don't need a loony tune Rex Ryan screaming jag, but you're losing to a team that wants to lose. And he's not talking to anyone, just burying his head into that chart.

With an insanely high number of penalties, many of which should not be called for the sake of the game.

The NFL is choosing to be unwatchable.

Was at that game; was the weekend after John Lennon was murdered. Bone-chilling day at that windswept dump, and as a dumb ass teen, wore a denim jacket and not much else. . Ken Stabler was the Saints' QB. Later said he and Richard Todd got piss drunk the night before. They had a better time than anyone who paid to see it.

I really don’t get it. How out of touch can they be? Does Goodell not sit down every Sunday and think “holy sh*t these games are a struggle to get through”? Even when good teams play.

I can’t believe I’m saying it but baseball has become my favorite sport again and I quit watching for nearly a decade out of boredom.

MLB takes forever. NFL is getting there. Not a fan of the NBA, but it's 2 hours and you're done.

NHL moves even faster. Know it's not everyone's first choice to watch, but fast becoming mine.

We have not attempted one deep throw to Robbie yet.

They've targeted him 2x at least.

He can do this on a local park bench in January.

And then what?

Not saying you fire anyone today. In fact doing so before the end of the season is pointless.

But somebody at Florham Park should pick up the phone and call Mike Westhoff ASAP. Not saying he's the answer, but you need someone who knows the facts and who can self scout this disaster.

Oh

NOTHING IS GOING TO GET SOLVED BETWEEN NOW AND WEEK 17. Anyone who thinks firing Gase or elevating Williams solves anything is a fool. But there needs to be some reckoning; who's a player to be kept, who needs to be dumped. And that's players and coaches.

What you can do, is bring in someone who can make those evaluations. And Mike Westhoff fits that bill.

Westhoff has been on a hundred bad teams and none of them gave him the interim gig. He’s just an old crank who talked to the media a lot. His special teams units were overrated. He’s not an answer

Keeps coming back to ownership. Problem really is the owners will listen to the next guy they talk to, be that Caserly or Manning or some drunk ass fan in the parking lot. There's no plan here, just flitting from this one to that one. \

The roster is that bad.

Douglas is going to be in a very tough spot, because he by rights should fire Gase after week 17.
