Jetster
Both starting CBs out. 5 inside LBs out. Winters got hurt creating another change on the Oline. We traded Leo. While you guys want him fired I'm thinking we should give him an extension. Oh, are we still drafting another QB? Asking for a friend. Will the Giants fire Shurmer for losing to the Jets? A few more wins & we may be in a perfect spot for a best offensive player available draft slot. 2 2

Popular Post Nixhead
Gase didn't win this game - the Giants lost it! Honestly I liked a few of Gase's play calls. The flea flicker should of worked - he needs to run 1 of those per game - I said that last week - the Pats do. Roll Darnold out more especially with this weak O Line. Seen a few rookies step up. I guess we can say baby steps. 5 1

Bless Austin is a first round talent that only dropped to the 6th round because of his knees. The guy played like vintage Cromartie out there. Winters hurts the team more by playing. He's awful and was only average at best in his 20s and is awful now approaching his 30s. Macc got fired for not addressing the O-line throughout his tenure. You can forgive some mistakes but that was the one that sealed his fate. If he wanted to save his job he would have traded Leo after drafting Q and got some picks to build the O-line but NOPE. No wonder why him and Gase couldn't be in the same room together after the draft. 4

GreenFish
Our team finally didn't buckle under pressure. Aside from the Jamal handful, our running game was atrocious. It's going to be hard to be consistently with a bad OL. Gase did well today.

Your QB didn't do anything special out there today, he played the type of game any average to below average starter can pull off, and the HC didn't break any new ground out there did he? Most coaches create some of their best offensive plays when they have the 32nd ranked Oline. It’s easiest to add new fangled plays when you have different players every week, keeps opposing defenses off balance. Especially on 3rd & long pass plays. 2 1 1

The 1 yr the fins made the play offs they had an easy schedule they folded in the first round, things are ok right...wrong next yr a harder schedule and the fins post a losing a record, the following yr the wheels completely fall off. You could see that in this game the first scripted plays score he goes away from what is working and the team falls behind the defense does a great job against a great running back and Adams makes a super play put s the jets ahead then the Jets go 3 and out. Then he changes and goes back to what is working and then hits a long pass interference call to get another score. What happens if Baker turns his head? Just because the jets won does not make him a good or even an average coach. He should have stuck to what was working why go away from it? Not only did I predicy the 34-27 final score right on the head, but I also said Darnold would have a good game today against one of if not the worst defenses in the NFL. He had a good first quarter, and was serviceable after that. The best thing was he didn't turn the ball over. If you're pleased with the fact that he didn't look any better then the rookie QB you've trashed since he was drafted, and who only started his 7th game today, good for you. You've been bragging on Darnold for two years now, I'd think you'd be disappointed that's the best we can say about him. Face it, I've been a lot more right about him then you have. CrazyCarl40
Gase didn’t win this game. He did everything he could to lose it. The two fourth quarter challenges were unnecessary, he looked lost for a good chunk of the game after the Giants defense adjusted, and there were several chances to put the game away sooner and his playcalling was atrocious. Moving on at the end of the season will be best for everyone. 1
