You can't give Haskins anything to lean on. 2) Take away whoever is his receiver that he goes to most often. Bracket him if you have to. 3) Assign a linebacker to "shadow" him. One defender designed to prevent him from breaking the pocket. Of course the big problem is, you MUST stop the run with only your front 7.
