Herndons’ inability to stay on the field made this a must. Herndon may be on the bubble next year if he can’t stay healthy.

Draft another TE next year as well. Offense, offense and more offense next year

Did Herndon miss games last year?

Terrible move, I hate it too much money, too much term on an unproven player.

How are we supposed to pay Jamal now?

Just kidding

Good move, as others have said he has earned it with his play.  Most successful teams in this league have one or more good TEs.

Good move. You watch tight ends go down every week. Very thin talent at that position across the NFL.

I still think herndon is going to emerge, when he's not suspended or hurt, but having solid depth heading into next year is a smart move.

CB could be half way there if Austin continues to work out.

S. No problems there as long as they don't trade Jamal

WR position is not a ghost town

LB position far from shabby.  Need that edge guy.

O-Line.  UG !!!!

One good off season could turn the roster into a playoff team

Idk. He’s had a couple of good games - but he’s been around 7 years and not done a whole lot.

I guess $3mm pet isn’t expensive. So a nice deal but I wouldn’t expect too much from him.

Ahem....we extended our long snapper as well.

Oh, SEVEN. Seven spots filled. Great!

All we need is some OLB's, two corner backs, a kicker, a punter, a few more Wide Receivers and an entirely new offensive line and maybe this team can overcome it's head coach!

Sometimes it’s all about chemistry.  He has that with Sam
