Uh Oh Trap Game?

Uh Oh.....Trap Game?
The Jets, (knowing them) could face a winless team and bungle the Bungles.
They must treat this game with "NFL respect". Williams should have a plan, Gase should continue with calling good plays, and Sam hopefully will feel crisp to play a heads up, quick game.
A win would be warm and fuzzy.

A team that's ahead 16-0  mid fourth quarter and loses.  ok?

I've been a Jets fan for a long time. Those of you know how this team has lost games they should have won.

All I'm saying is do not take any team for granted since we are 4-7.

Execution has sometimes been lost on this team.

Season opener with the whole season ahead of them... They spent the next 8 games at the bottom of the league so game 1 blow up in the fourth quarter doesn't mean anything after this season

The Jets already lost to a winless team... if they lose it’s because they got beat.

Only way we lose is if Dalton goes “YOLO” and just starts recklessly throwing it deep and gets lucky.

True, and Dalton has had good games against the Jets.

Better Jets teams have lost games they shouldn't have.

"Same Old Jets" is not a myth.

I've been thinking a lot about the Ravens game so - could happen.

Suggest you enjoy the Bengals game.

I want Dalton as our #2 next year with a mid-late round project as our development #3

This team? Most of these guys weren’t even born while the jets lost to teams they should’ve beat.

Yeah I don't see that with this team either. I think this whole group WANTS to win and we will be pleasantly surprised for the rest of the season.

A 4-7 team playing an 0-11 team isn't a trap game.

Last week the Raiders had a trap game -- against us, a week before playing the Chiefs for the division lead.

Better check out the Bills scoring in that game. Mid 4th qtr ? I think NOT.

The Bengals are sh*t

They have an even worse OL than the Jets.

Mixon and Bernard will be completely shut down and they’ll have to rely on Dalton to go out there and win the game for them without A.J. Green.

Jets 38

Bengals 10

The team itself hasn’t earned the right to look past any teams and I think they know that. They are going to remind Dalton why he has been on the bench. He is in for a long day, my friends.

Its a myth because every team has lost to teams they "shouldn't" have lost to.

I'm sure Raider fans were saying, SORs after getting their asses handed to them a week ago.

Only difference is we, like Raider fans, think we're the only ones who think we own SOJ mentality

Why all of a sudden is Dalton playing? is the other guy hurt? Or are the Bengals trying to get their first win against the Jets?

The Jets seem like a focused team now. They've plugged players in there that are hungry & are determined to get Wins. I can see the Bengals giving them a battle but in the end the Jets will be victorious.

Pretty sure they were just trying to figure out if the Finley kid was any good. Apparently not, and decided to go back to Dalton

It set up by the game itself, the way it works.  On any given Sunday, any team can win

a team that hits the clubs immediately after one upset win.
