Jesus why are ppl continuing bitching about these long passes? It’s more frustrating we’re getting penalties that eliminate big plays and kills drives

Agreed.

Mind you... ALL of this sh*t show is starting with the OL. Never mind the defense playing like they're in quick sand. It ALL starts with this crap OL

Agreed. OL played great last week but now has returned to sucking

Tell that to Dalton too. I think he's got it in him today.

That makes no sense. He has all the time in the world to pass AND our corners leave guys wide open

Dalton has two TD's dropped today.

I know but I think we both can agree he has had a much easier time because he had zero pressure and nobody covers their TE

I really need therapy from watching this Oline this year.

The good news is that Douglas is big in OL in his past so expect us to drop OL with our high picks

Dude... Sam is struggling to do anything against an 0-11 team.

0-11.

It helps if your receivers would stop dropping balls and the OL stopped wiping away good plays with penalties. Watch the game man

Cool. So you’re a mystic. I was unaware. Sorry about that.
I had no idea of your record on such things. lol

Dude, again we are all watching the same thing. We’re all disappointed in many aspects of this season. It’s is impossible to label anyone a bust this early in their career.
I do hear what you’re saying but it’s just not founded no matter your previous guesses being right or not.

Feel bad for Sam.  His OL can’t block, when we get a big play it’s negated by a penalty, receivers have dropped balls all day

The last three years when some of us were screaming for mccgnan to fix the oline we had a nice group of the sunshine squaders on here saying the oline was 'serviceable'.  A large middle finger to them.

Nobody said the OL was serviceable.  99 percent of people on here have said the OL needed to be fixed

When you really think about it, today is a gutsy, pro bowl type performance from Sam Darnold.

Any QB having to deal with this I would feel bad for lol

Jet WR's have CB's draped all over them, Cincy Wr's have 5 yeard cusions. Unreal.

Agreed. And whenever they do get separation they either drop the ball or the OL commits a penalty

How exactly is this Darnold's fault today? 4 or 5 drops, can't run the ball, can't pass protect. Fing disgrace.

Some will always blame Sam.

Let’s be honest we are basically playing without an Oline in this game

Darnold has been playing wimpy ball today. That throw was him bailing out too soon.

Do you even watch the game?

You can’t drive an offense when you have zero time to throw the ball

19 passes for 137 yards. Not great Bob.

Do you take into account how awful the Oline is?  Like I said we know you hate Darnold but gotta be a little fair and factual.  Try watching the game man

The line isnt great. The expectations for Darnold are that he makes up for weaker positions. He doesnt make up for anything. He's been a HORRIFIC QB on the road. The constant excuses are irritating to read. Just look at the arm talent difference between Dalton and Darnold today. It's glaring.

Last week must have been horrific for you watching Darnold lighting up the Raiders.  Also you didn’t post much which is good since you never post any factual or significant lol

Can’t get i rhythm as a QB with this sh*t. The situation is impossible.

Agreed. No QB can get in any type of rhythm with this garbage. Last week the OL actually looked somewhat decent and Sam was able to pick them apart.  He can’t do that when he is constantly running for his life or the OL commits two penalties literally every drive

Unless sam darnold has an absolute perfect qb, he is not a good qb.

You are not going to have 5 seconds to throw the ball every week.  He needs to learn how to thrive in choas.

No QB can succeed with this amount of chaos.  Brady has had great protection his whole career.  So I don’t agree with your assessment

Offense has 11 players, 5 of them are OL. It’s like we’re playing with 6 guys on offense. JD MUST take drastic measures to upgrade this OL at EVERY position. This whole line are nothing more than half azz backups. JD has crazy work to do. 5 OL, cb, WR, edge. That’s 8 players, prospects or FA’s, he needs to plug in. He better put an immediate stamp on his GM influence.

Agreed.  We have a QB we have seen it when the kid has some time and help. We need at least a decent OL
