Phillyjet
this team is what it is, a bad team devoid of talent. All begins and ends with oline. Pedestrian receivers. If you see it for what it is, the three game stretch was an aberration. There are some positives... Griffin, Bless Austin, Gregg Williams coaching third stringers and practice squad players to play above their heads. Good teams are built in the trenches. Jets can mask deficiencies on defense due to a strong d-line. Their o-line is the worst in the league. You can’t overcome that. They do nothing well. Still, with Darnold at QB1 they are 4-5. About what you might expect if you take the SOJ blinders off.
Joe W. Namath
The concerning thing is darnold’s play when the oline doesnt play great. He crumbles under the slightest bit of pressure. So basically, we can beat teams that csnt get to the qb. But any team that can muster some type of pressure, we cant win those games. And any good team is going to be able to bring pressure so unless darnold can thrive in a little bit of chaos, we are screwed.
Skeet Ulrich
Jets are the worst team in the conference. They're only ahead of two teams(MIA and CIN, both of whom beat them).

What QB in the league would be successful with this supporting cast? The Jets are 4-5 with Darnold. The receivers dropped 4-5 catchable ball, he was pressured nearly every time he was in the pocket, he has no run game to support the passing game. This Oline is still the worst in the league with the non protection and penalties that kill positive gains. These aren't excuses, these are facts.
