If so, we need to give him a year or two; If Gase falters (more) I would expect JD to fire him to save his own job. this team is really bad; very few quality players - we need real players to truly judge Gase (although I was not fan of his firing in the first place). So, if you think JD is the one - no point selling the team and having him replaced. Either way, no way Woody sells the team unless a) he gets an over the top offer (maybe twice its value) or b) he has a huge financial setback.. Woody would be just as bad as Chris in my opinion. Woody is NOT a good owner. Woody made mistakes after 2011 and we struggled before he left but we still never had 2 straight losing seasons with him around. For our franchise that is damn impressive. It was also old and they were in cap hell. It's why THREE HCs walked out on us- Bill Parcells- desperate to win again walked out essentially 3 times. After BB quit Woody tried to get him to come back then after Groh quit Woody tried again. BB- with his HC career on the line he walked away. It almost cost him his HC career until Brady saved him.
