Watching the TNF pregame they reported on this situation. Apparently the Bengals were "none too happy" about the incident, the league is looking into it and taking it very seriously. So basically the Pats were full of it as anyone with a brain already knew, but nice to get confirmation. Hopefully the league gives them a severe penalty intended to actually prevent them from continuing their cheating ways.

I think confiscating all 3,583 of their cameras would be a good start.
