Line at +16.5 if it gets to +18 that would match Super Bowl 3

Recommended Posts

It’s up to +16.5 and the way this thing is going it could be +18 by game time. That would match Super Bowl 3 vs Baltimore Colts.

People should bet on the jets for sure on that line.

A banged up Lamar would be the only reason they can’t/won’t cover.

I’m saying anything that could hinder him from taking too many chances running the ball would be our only hope of keeping this within 18 points.

If the defense controls Mark Ingram, the game could be messy enough to stay within ten. The bigger factor will be whether or not Darnold has one of his fugues where he forgets how to complete a forward pass

If the Jets sweep the next three, Adam Gase is probably winning Coach of the Year and all you #PlanePussies are going to be forever pwned.

I try to stick to a low calorie diet but if the Jets win the next three I'll eat my own dick.

Excellent!  Winnipeg deserves it!  (Winnipeg is 800 miles from Edmonton.)  😁

Canada is just West Virginia, but if it was its own continent.

I’m sorry I attacked Canada. It seems like a lovely place. West Virginia seems to be mostly awful, however

Yeah...Darnold needs to play well vs their Defense to keep it close...if the blitz gets to him (with our line it's likely) it's going to be a disaster most likely

You KNOW that this game is going to basically be a “Crime Scene”.  I don’t think children under 14 should be allowed to watch.

The ONLY thing I’ll be rooting for tonight is Darnold not getting hurt.  Not thinking about winning the game for a second.

Balt is so physical and blitzes so much (something Darnold has shown he doesn’t handle well (not that you can 100% blame him), this is shaping up to be even uglier than the “Ghost” game against New England.

The Jet OL can only play semi-decent vs bottom feeders of the league.  Anyone else....pffft.

If I'm Williams, I load the box and shout at Lamar Jackson to "just throw the damn ball"

I don’t even think you can evaluate Darnold tonight. The OL is going to get run over, WRs won’t get open, and the run game is non existent. What’s he supposed to do?

Hopefully Gase dusts off the Luke Falk playbook and Darnold will get out of there in one piece without completely embarrassing himself.

Darnold is supposed to show the F up and keep this team in the game BY HIMSELF if need be

the soft whatever of low expectations on Darnold is out of control

he's not a rookie. He's the 3 overall pick, Lamar went 31.

what's he supposed to do?

He's supposed to be better

blah blah blah

this team traded away 6 overall which turned into Quenton Nelson (*instant Hall of famer*) and 3 second rounders to move up 3 lousy spots

The thinking was the franchise QB makes everyone better

which by the way is correct thinking (and I love me some Nelson)

but now 2 years later we need everything perfect for the franchise QB?

He's got Bell, Robby and Crowder tonight. He's got Vyncint Smith. Darnold's job is to make some damn plays
