If we'd gone 4-12 or 5-11 like we should have in 2013 perhaps we'd not only have scouted QB's more, we'd have been in better position to actually take one given our higher pick slot. By going 8-8 that season everyone in the organization was operating like Geno could be "the guy" at QB. Draft position didn’t have much to do with it. There was plenty of talent in that draft that the Jets flat out missed.

More Cowbell
I thinl we would have beaten the Bills, Maybe Cleveland but that is about it. We lost a number of games due to the lack of talent on this team, especially the OL.
Maxta_p
10-6 or maybe even 11-5. If Darnold didn't miss those games he would be that much further along in his development. Just think how great we would be if last weeks performance was week 8.

I don’t think you truly know what the word means. Either that or you have never owned a mirror, since you reflexively post like it means anyone who doesn’t think what you do has an agenda. That pretty much makes you the one with the agenda, brother. It also makes you a decidedly poor debater, routinely attacking personally instead of just leaving it at addressing merits of what was said, as though you are unable to comprehend someone disagreeing with you in good faith. Everyone else here sees and has seen it since forever, watching you immaturely attack and then cry foul and play victim during the backlash. It’s pathetic, and someone already banned dozens of times and near or at the top of a decidedly tolerant @Maxman’s Sh*t List would know better if that person had a tenth the intelligence he thinks he has. Saying you have an agenda is a personal attack? Really? Id like to get the other mods opinion on that one. But calling me "pathetic" and a "poor debater" isnt a personal attack???? Your post is full of vitriol. OK Im done with this conversation and you. Have a great life! And BTW You have me confused with somebody else. Ive never been banned or reprimanded. So maybe get your facts straight before accusing someone of something like that.

NYJ1
If they had managed to stay healthy, I could easily see one more win, possibly two. Best case scenario I would day 7-7. The Jets roster is pretty depleted of talent. So regardless of health, they're not a good team anyway.
Ohio State NY Jets fan
the 2015 Fitzmagic Jets did not have any significant injuries for those saying it's not possible - it happens, so injuries impacted the first season for bowles and gase - as head coaches they both suck, so what a healthy Darnold, Kalil, Ose, Mosely and rejuvenated Johnson would have won 4-5 more games and SAR would be seen as a prophet but hey Jets happen people get mad at the SOJF but he/she/poly knew this season was over after the first game and saved themselves since they had seen this show before, cheers to the SOJF, strong and unappreciated fans, this one's for you
rangerous
frankly some of these injuries did the jets a favor. they might not have even looked at some of the guys they brought in and some are certainly deserving of another look. they also put added pressure on the coaches to figure out things. maybe it doesn't look so good from the gase side but williams has done a really good job and may have been a little more complacent without the injuries.
