We played the Fins at Miami with literally ZERO outside CBs & no pass rush & a veteran (Fitz), kicked our azzes. Same thing with Dalton. Everything this team is missing was ignored by Maccagnan. It doesnt matter what the injury situation is. I see alot of folks talking about how many games we would have won had Darnold not had mono. Well, how many games would the Steelers have won this season if Ben was there? That works both ways. Every team deals with injury, not just the Jets. Healthy we were picked anywhere between 4-8. Gase DID NOT LOSE THE LOCKERROOM! Jets just beat a team fighting for their playoff lives while sporting the sh*ttiest OL in the league, their Top 2 TE’s on IR, their Top 2 LB’s on IR, without their #2 outside receiver, etc. Put a good OL in front of Darnold and get him another reliable option in the passing game.
