Could you live with this draft?

Dobbins will be gone by the 2nd round. Plus we have Bell Adams  and Powell should return. We need to focus on other needs besides RB.

Ummm, no he won't. You are telling me he goes in Rd. 1? What makes you so sure. What about Swift, Taylor and Etienne. Are you telling me one of those guys can't go ahead of him and push him completely out of round one.

Anyway, if you ask me the Jets shouldn't be looking to draft a RB until the 4th or 5th round anyway. Not this year. Focus on the O-line, focus on WR, focus on CB depth, try to find an edge rusher if you can. RB is the last thing I'm thinking about with all the other holes/needs on this team.

The first 11 picks went as follows...

JD needs to be prepared for a situation like this - and that means its likely worth spending money to keep Beachem to protect us from getting into a massive reach here.

Personally if the top 10 go like this, Lamb should be the pick, but Id prefer someone like Beckton or Trey Adams in the 2nd.

IF the Jets end up going WR in Round 1 then I'd be okay with a calculated trade up from #48 in Round 2 to get into that second tier of OTs.  Somebody like a Jackson, Becton or Prince Wanogho would be a great second pick but I don't think any of them last to 48.

Trey Adams is a good prospect but my understanding is that there are significant injury concerns with him.  He might just be a guy whose big, tall body isn't capable of holding up to the physical grind.  The guy is like 6'8"...how do you even see over him?  Doesn't seem like the kind of athlete who could find longterm success in the NFL with his height and body build.
