Remaining Free Agent List

I’d really like to see Poole re-signed quickly and also, if the contract is reasonable, Logan Ryan on the roster. Tajae Sharpe is out there, as is Robby. The WR pool is threadbare, though. If Robby doesn’t get $12+ this year, we’ll know that those reports of a fourth rounder being the high offer for him in trades was the truth

Eli apple is out there if he is cheap he might be worth swinging on we need corner help even if he ends up being depth. Greg Robinson could be a good signing for the same reason I think he started left tackle for the browns on Baker's rookie season and did half decent.

Wasn't Greg Robinson the guy that just got arrested for having 150 pounds of marijuana?

After re-signing Anderson and Poole any of the following would be
interesting pick ups:

Breshad Perriman (WR)

Andrus Peat (G)

Greg Van Roten (G)

Joe Haeg (G)

Leonard Floyd (OLB)

Poole is an absolute must. CB is going to be a serious problem with this team since we need 2 OL and 2 WR taken with the first  4 picks. We need a good prospect so let’s just grab a cb with our early 3rd rounder. So LT Wr CB C. Any suggestions?

The only person gone off this list is Floyd.  Get to work Douglas

I think we should be going after Darby and one more guard in FA. Plus at least one edge especially if Jenkins is not back. Maybe Leonard Floyd? I think I saw Fowler is going to the falcons. Bring zeurlein in for camp comp also.

I think Floyd signed with the Rams

The Edge guys I see left are:

Jabaal Sheard - Vinny Curry - Ezekiel Ansah - Everson Griffin - Cameron Wake - Marcus Golden

We need an edger rusher in addition to a player like Jenkins, so if were to lose him I dont see how we aren't forced to address the position in round 1 or 2.

I dont see any CBs out there other then Darby and Prince.

This might sound crazy and I know the guy is ancient but how about Cameron Wake?

Hear me out. This would only be a bridge guy until we can draft a legit edge rusher next year, he would be available on a short term, relatively cheap contract, he's been consistent his whole career (mostly terrorizing the jets), and he would at worst help our young CB and/or our young edge rusher were we to draft one this year (as a veteran leadder).

Thoughts?

If the jets are looking to go old I would prefer Everson Griffin over Wake.

I agree, especially about Zuerlein. We need a kicker.

Claypool won’t be there at 48. Your dreaming

He might. there are some real studs in the WR group this year. And if he's taken it just leaves another stud out there.  Claypool's combine took him from the late rounds for sure, but DK Metcalf made it the 2nd rd after a lighting fast combine too.  Then again that 3 cone killed him  haha
