A few weeks ago, Boise State tackle Ezra Cleveland seemed ticketed for the second or third round. Now, it’s sounding more and more like he’ll hear his name called tonight. The Jaguars and Vikings are both showing serious interest in Cleveland, Tony Pauline of Pro Football Network hears.

Very interesting. But I was told here he wouldn't go in the 1st round.

Douglas has played pretty well his first 3 years in the league. 3rd round pick in 2017.

Played pretty well on an expiring contract is not worth the third round pick or better he'd be equivalent to on the chart if the Jets only get back one pick with him. He's a toss in IMO.

They don't want Tua or Herbert at 5, the Chargers don't want them at 6. I've been saying that for a week and you all keep telling me I'm crazy. 4-5 tackles are going in the top 10. If Cleveland can't trade out it'll be 5.

If that's true, that's totally fine.

Then just stay at 5 and take a tackle. There is no clear consensus top tackle. There are 4 really good ones. Just stay at 5 and take a guy. Why give up major draft capital, just to get ahead of the Giants?

The only reason I could see them trading up is bc Thomas is the only legitimate LT and they may be targeting him.

I definitely do not think Thomas is the only legit LT, but I guess they could think that.

When you have as many high picks as they do, you keep them and build a serious core of talent, unless there is a QB that you think is worth going up and getting.

Some speculation that this is part of a plan to still try to pry Burrow out of Cincy's clutches and they may insist on 3 and 5.  That would be an insane trade but we've seen crazier.  I would be happy to see MIA drain away most of their prodigious draft capital on Burrow.  I think he'll be good but he doesn't scare me to any great extent.

Burrow scares me.  I don't want him to go to Miami.  Why can't these QBs go to the NFC for once.  It feels like all the prospects go to the AFC.
