I think we look good for 48.  Some OL fell out of the first round I expect to be taken early along with some defense. Should get a real good WR

So I guess the Chiefs don't necessarily buy the notion that franchise QBs raise the level of guys around them immensely.  They use a lot of resources on offensive weaponary.

I'm not expert on this, and haven't seen any of them play.  So I can only go off the rankings I've seen (which is a lot).  I have never seen him ranked ahead of any of them, and certainly not all of them.  Also, MIA had far greater needs than CB after signing two really good ones this offseason.  Just seems like a strange pick for them, but I guess they're scared of what we can do with our dominant WR core?

He’s a 4th/5th round developmental guard who many have been talking about as a 2nd rounder for whatever reason.

Ruiz was the only interior OL worth taking in the Top 50 IMO.

I think Edwards-Helaire is a better receiver, which is what Reid wants from his backs, not necessarily the best pure runner

I didn't think he was that important either till later in the year.  He made a lot of plays that basically kept that line together.  Throckmorton and Sewell got a lot more attention, but Lemieux was the glue guy that just made that whole line work.

Which is why I want an edge at 48. A box safety shouldn’t have to be a blitzer 75% of the time. But Mims!
