This is an extremely detailed film assessment of Mim's game from Matt Waldman, a noted fantasy football analyst. If you have any doubts about Mims, watch this to allay your fears. I think he and Sam will make a great team!

Hope Mims is better than your video sharing skills

Youre first try isnt working.

Try hitting the share button on the youtube vid and copy the link.  Just paste it, nothing more

Apparently, no other collegiate WR caught more contested passes than Mims from 2017-2019.

Just saw on Instagram that Mims is taking #11.

Where'd you see that?  The other day he said he wants to wear #15.

Jets official posted a pic of him in Green. Someone asked. He responded.

I believe that, they loved using him on fades in end zone. IIRC he had 50% of Baylor’s pass TDs in 2018 and last season

Gotcha.  Thanks!

Either one looks good on him (I found these pics and simply spruced em up a bit, all credit to the original editors)

This is why I was so angry with the NFL Network this year.
They didn't cover the Senior Bowl practices and you totally
miss a WR's technique and their ability to separate.  Watching
Mims do this gives me confidence he's been working on his
fundamentals which will allow him to contribute quickly.
Nice hesitations, good hand work to fight off press,
subtle use of hands to get rid of CB coming out of breaks

I’d imagine.

I hate how we never have a legit WR with 88. Not since I’ve followed the Jets.

Mims was the best WR at the senior bowl. IMO Philly should have taken him over Reagor but the Baylor WR bias is a real thing. This kid puts in work

Have they announced Perriman's number?

I see it's 00 on the website.

This guy has some Plaxico Burress to his game.  Just throw it up and he'll catch it.  Not quite as tall as Plaxico but he's still very tall and knows how to go up and get it.  Sam is gonna take advantage of that.

Didn't we retire 15 w/ Tebow?

Brandon Marshall takes offense to such a notion.

We got a #1 WR at 59 in round 2, absolute steal.

Too young to have enjoyed Al Toon?

Those were the days - and what a talent Al was.

Yes. I was a year old when he retired and didn't get into the NFL until I was like 13-14.

It actually depresses me how long I've been watching. Feels like a few years. Signed up here more than 13 years ago. Nearly half my f*cking life. A life the Jets have no doubt taken years from.
