Jetlife33
I’d really like Ryan, but so far Mehta and non credible sources have connected the Jets to him. I don’t really see anything that tells me they are close, I’m also pretty sure they’re going to need to make some moves prior to get the cap space to sign him. If this is true, I would much rather they didn't use their last draft pick on a trade for a CB with the Colts. We could have my boy Kenny Willkas right now for Petes sake if this was the plan. lol I think we did a pretty good job addressing CB this offseason already and don't know if I'd want to sign LR for $10 mil at this point. Poole, Desir, Wilson, Hall and Lamar Jackson added to Bless Austin and Maulette seems like a pretty good group. I'd rather see the young guys get a shot at more playing time than giving LR the time on some one year deal or something. Hell, we even got Javelin Guidry as an UDFA. He runs a 4.28 40 and could have a real shot to back up the slot. He seems like a good developmental player and could make Poole's 1 year deal a prophetic signing if all goes well. 5
Patriot Killa
Wow add Ryan to an already pretty solid depth chart and we’re cooking a bit in the secondary department.
Scoop24
they had interest before the draft. I heard it was very strong chance they could sign him after the draft guess we will see how it plays out.. wouldn't surprise me tho.

rangerous
ryan is a good player. maybe not worth something north of 10 million considering his age but it would be good to get him for a couple of seasons.
Popular Post Joejet
Signing Ryan gives all those youngsters time to develop and not be rushed into a role they aren’t ready for. Hall is coming off a bad injury and while he was a great pick for where JD got him, he may not be ready immediately. Last year showed us that you can never have enough CBs as we were scraping the bottom of the barrel due to injuries and terrible play.

I don’t like Ryan for this team. If you sign him he’s the unquestioned starter opposite of Desir. I still think the battle of the unproven guys will be vital to the team. We are going to be playing more than 2 CBs on the majority of our plays and there are almost certain to be injuries. We have a bunch of bodies right now, but I don't really want to be relying on some of the guys on our roster for more than spot duty just yet...
BigRy56
Adding Logan Ryan would be a big move - it solves our secondary issue and makes the pass rush better because they have more time to get to the passer. Top 5 defense potential, easily. This signing would have us focusing on solely WR heading into camp. That’s an enormous jump in one offseason
JoePNYJ1
I think they should focus on another edge rusher. Remember you can never have enough of these guys. If we can get a like Golden, that would solidify our defense.

Popular Post Prez33
You guys are a lot more optimistic about Arthur Maulet and Nate Hairston than me. The quantity approach is a risky bet. Granted, I liked what I saw from Bless Austin in limited action. But handing him the keys to the car against AFC East WR’s is potentially a disaster. We have a lot of “yeah, that should be ok” at CB right now. Logan Ryan is better than everybody on our CB roster. Seems like an easy decision to me.
