Bowles and Macc were an odd pairing. They were basically forced together by ownership, and weren’t from the same school of thought according to a lot of what I’ve read. This was disastrous. 
 

Then we try to force Macc and Gase together. Again, not the smartest way of doing business. GM and HC must work together with the same mindset. Fortunately, it looks like JD and AG are of similar mind.
