Popular Post mrcoops
Sad if this closes the door on a Powell return, but really happy to add Frank Gore. He's had an amazing career, prepares like a man possessed, can still contribute, and is a great leader and locker room asset. 7

SomebodytoAnybody47
Just means he’ll share the load with Bell. Which is dumb. And that Gase will barely use Perine or until it’s too late and we’ll ask why wasn’t he used more. Such a dumb move. 2 4

Jetlife33
In New York, Gore will be reunited with head coach Adam Gase, who served as the Dolphins head coach during the running back’s stint in Miami. Gase was also an offensive assistant in San Francisco during Gore’s run with the team. In fact, ESPN’s Cameron Wolfe tweets that Gase tried to recruit the veteran last offseason. Gore will instantly become the second running back on the depth chart behind Le’Veon Bell. The Jets are also rostering the likes of Kenneth Dixon, Josh Adams, and fourth-round rookie La’Mical Perine.

Popular Post tdoublee
Gase desperately needs this guy in his locker room. Sometimes it's the little moves like this that create a winning culture. Who's to say he didn't do that with Buffalo last season? I like this move. Hopefully Bilal can find a team as well. 5 1 2

Bell probably about 15-18, Perine will climb from 5 towards 10 and then higher if he earns it. Gore wasn't signed to carry this offense man. He's not really taking touches from anyone or "sharing the load." This is a culture signing, ala giving $10M to Josh McCown. 4 1
nj meadowlands
Gase's management of the RB position has been comical. I think I trust him to groom Darnold more than I trust him to figure out who to play at RB and how. 2 2
