Really Bad Deals - Either gross overpayment, overpaying for a risky guy (either contractually, health, etc.) or anchoring the team for multiple years with an excessively burdensome contract. McCown made no sense, both in 2017 AND 2018. They should have sunk or swum with Hackenberg and Petty in 2017. And giving McCown $10M to be Darnold's QB coach in 2018 didn't make sense either.
