Chief O'Hara leaned in close to Gordon and whispered from the corner of his mouth. "Are you sure this is a good idea?"

Gordon nodded. "Of course I am! After all of the bad things they've all done, it's time for them to make up for it. And anyway, The Joker promised."

MEANWHILE, BACK AT THE BATCAVE

"Sir, is there any way I can dissuade you from this... madness?"

"Nope. Times are changing Alfred."

"But sir..."

"No buts! Well, not from you anyway." Batman smiled and wiggled a thick roll of singles. "For all these years I've done nothing but good. Now it's time to see what I've been missing." He reached up to the emblem on the center of his chest and turned it upside down before tucking the single roll into his utility belt.  "I'm gonna make it rain all night... you coming or what?"

I badly want to play in this...but I'm going to do what I should have done with SMC's game and sit out. Wasn't right that I just ghosted on that game (sorry again, to all) and as much as I want to play this game I can feel my heart still isn't in it right now. I have other things going on and when I have down time there are other things I want to be doing besides mafia. Maybe I'll come in as a back up if needed but I'm going to show some restraint this time and not sign up when I know I'm not ready to give my full effort or attention. I'll probably be in for the next one though. Have fun everyone, looks like it's a good one!

Imo the last few games have been creative but not balanced and/or having outcomes overly dependent on individual decisions. I prefer a balanced setup with every team having an equal ability to win, and no single role overly important or game impacting.

You have a reputation for extreme creativity which can create a setup similair to recent ones which I have trouble engaging in
