BROOKLYN JET
Let's hope Tanaka is Tanaka tonight. He has a 1.76 post season ERA. No pitcher who has ever pitched a minimum of 8 playoff games since the beginning of baseball can say that. Right now, he's the best to ever do it. I know that Sandy Koufax pitched in 8 playoff games and had an ERA of 0.57. I think Rivera's ERA was ridiculously low, also.

Terrible job by MLB.

Not sure what the exact criteria was but I didn't see Koufax on the list last night.
Maxman
Yankees got lucky last night. A lot of cluch hitting but so much luck. Especially in the 9th, the ball bounced the right way, that was crazy. Not complaining though.

chirorob
So, question. How is it the #8 seed Astros don't play the #1 seed Rays in the 1ST round or even the 2nd round of the playoffs?

Somehow he only had a 4-3 record.

BROOKLYN JET
Yankees get 1 in the first off Snell. He didn't give up a 1st inning run all year, plus they're making him throw allot of pitches already. *Rays tie it on a solo HR.
