Let me just say that it's absolutely hysterical that this tweet bashing the Jets and supporting Jamal Adams is also pointing out how little difference a "1st-Team All Pro safety lol," makes when trying to turn a loser into a winner.

Exactly my take away. It's almost like the twatter Brandon was trolling JA and fans

My God.  This guy is even more of a massive jerk than anyone thought.

Dear Jamal Adams:   So the plan is to shoot your way out of town bro.  Your Twitter account is your AK-45.  Jets fans who have loved you are to be sacrificed in your selfish attempt to get more money 1 years too early.

You, child, are a massive azsshole.  It's as simple as that.

Wish the Jets never drafted your narcisstic ass.

For the record, the "true obvious" tweet was from 2018 but your point still stands - lol

the thing too is you overpay for players who may have some intangibles that makes them better than their physical ability would suggest.  kind of like derek jeter.  he was a good ss but not the second coming of rizzuto or brooks robinson.  but then he made that play where he ran down a bunt in the box and made the play for an out.  it was amazing.  and then his demeanor on and off the field made him captain.  right now adams is a very good player but he's a mouth.  he may have been able to be a team leader but that is fading fast.  and without the intangibles, he really shouldn't get any special salary or contract considerations.

Why is everyone so obsessed with Jamal. There's like a 100 threads about him a day. hes a freaking safety. A safety thats under contract for 2 more years. 3 with the tag. Let him bitch and moan. He's trying to force a trade. Good luck to him. Personally I hope he gets his wish.

But Douglas doesn't have to do anything.  He's going to hold onto Jamal until he gets a good offer. And if he doesn't get a good offer than here's what Jamals options are.

1. He can sit out and get paid nothing

2. He can suit up for the jets, and play out the contract.

Either option will involve a lot of crying from Jamal, but who cares.

Maybe you guys should get off twitter. It's a horrible place anyway

Because 1) it’s an extremely slow part of the offseason and 2) now is exactly the time to trade him for picks

Where is the lie? We’re a terrible organization.

Yeah we are ....what's your point?

Learn to accept it and love it or keep letting it be the sand in your ***sy.

Either way your boyfriend isn't making this sad SOJF boo hoo culture  and organization any better by being the physical embodiment of ***che.

Some of us have learned to accept (dare I say enjoy) our misery and aren't willing to sell out our principles to back Jamal Adams because we've fooled ourselves into thinking he is part of the solution to the problem that is the NY Jets.

Jamal lacks integrity.

He can be young ... handsome... rich... successful... influential on Twitter...  world renowned...

But he’ll always lack integrity.

Asks him if he gives a f#ck about his core Jets fans, his day ones, ride or dies, jersey wearers, little adolescents fans.
THAT GUY, is a franchise player, Jamals just a f#ckin poser.

Exactly, and he can't cover as good as Maye. True dat!

The funny part is that Jamal is single handedly driving down his own market value.

These owners know that as fast as he turned on the Jets, he can turn on them.

He's doing all of this BEFORE his first big pay day.

Not smart.

Absolutely true. He wants to get traded, so he keeps opening his mouth and hurting his trade value.

Genius.
