Eagles - Carson Wentz / Jalen Wentzgot Hurts

Cowboys - Dak Prescott / Andy "Red Rifle" Dalton

Giants - Daniel Jones / Colt "The Real" McCoy

Washington - Dwayne Haskins / Kyle "Lovey Dovey" Allen

Rank the starters, then rank the backups.

Prescott ----> Jones (because Healthy) -----> Wentz (because Never Healthy) ---------> Haskins

Dalton -------------------------> McCoy ------->doesn't really matter at this stage, they both suck.

1.) Carson Wentz

2.) Dak Prescott

3.) Daniel Jones

4.) Andy Dalton

5.) Kyle Allen

6.) Dwayne Haskins

7.) Colt McCoy

8.) Jalen Hurts

Side note.. it’s really interesting how neck and neck Dak & Wentz are. Dak has one more career interception but the TD/INT ratio is 99% identical.

Prescott (really good QB, I wouldn’t pay him 30 mill however)

Jones (will be #1 next year)

Wentz ( good, but made of glass)

Dalton (best backup in the league)

Haskins ( I can see him taking a big leap this year)

McCoy (meh)

Allen (not bad, but seems destined to have a McCown type career)

Hurts (I could see him moving up to #4 or 5 this time next year)

I think Jones, Wentz, and Prescott are very similar. They will put up some pretty stats, but have a tendency to hold the ball too long and take brutal sacks. It’s better than guys like Fitz and Jamieis who throw INTs instead of taking sacks, but you’d rather be like Brady who is a master at throwing the ball away.

The sacks help their completion percentage and passer rating compared to throw aways and INTs, but the hits they take are not good long term.

1. Dak Prescott

2. Carson Wentz

3. Andy Dalton

4. Daniel Jones

5. Kyle Allen - he'll beat out Haskins.

6. Dwayne Haskins

7. Jalen Hurts

8. Colt McCoy

Best quarterback situation for each team in NFC East

1. Cowboys

2. Eagles

3. Giants

4. Washington

Note: Daniel Jones would not beat Dalton out if they both were on the same team, hence the higher ranking for the Red Rifle.
