That’s a hell of a haul. I guess the uncertainty of the college football season helped devalue the picks and the Seahawks should be super bowl contenders making them high firsts.
 

We needed volume of high picks like 1st rounders, even late ones. That 5th year option on a starter is a great negotiating tool. I’m just thrilled.

It gives JD a ton of flexibility the next couple years but unless these picks (or any subsequent trades) turn into players we gave up the best player at his position for lotto tickets.

Obviously this illustrates Joe D was playing Jamal like a guitar string. He never had any intention extending and awarding him a mega deal contract. Joe D!!!! Who is this masked man?

The absolute best thing that could possibly happen would be to trade Adams and get multiple 1st round picks, a player, and not have to pay Adams his next big contract.  And, it would be bonus if you could send him to a NFC team and completely across the country, maybe even to the team farthest away from LSU. lol

 

BUT....Everyone knows Adams and the Jets had become a toxic relationship.  Everyone knows Training Camp is about to start.  Everyone knows Adams wants a huge deal and is a passive-aggressive prick.
