Highly likely. And it's working... There's almost 100% universal agreement that the Jets made an excellent trade. They could either sit around and suck-off the Jets for hours and have people call-in to also suck off the Jets.....or they could come up with a contrived controversial take to try to drum up excitement. It's the media. It's like CNN, FoxNews or MSNBC these days.....EVERY STORY is somehow "Breaking News" and has that flashy banner across the bottom of the screen. Popular Post Jets723
Here is my issue with the pro Adams crowd. What did you want us to do? Did you want us to bend over and overpay him despite all the drama he has caused? How can you sure he would be happy even if you have into his demands? So far in his pro career he has shown the inability to ever be happy for long. It Also is apparent he has no loyalty his his teammates based on What Bell said. He also was posting videos of Cowboys players and literally saying he was trying hard to force a trade. So why are you mad the the Jets? Especially since we got back a King’s ransom which could literally accelerate the rebuild which is what we all want more than anything. Not only did we get more high picks but now can use the money we might have paid Adams fill in other holes if offense 7

And if there is no college football (Which I think is absolutely possible this year) the draft becomes even a bigger crapshoot that usual because who is going to be that guy in the late 2nd, 3rd or 4th round that you are going to have alot of info on ? Same with the draft, you hope for an educated decision on draft day and no accidents as time rolls along. I'm not directing this at you personally, just the theory of fear over making a mistake in the draft, can't live in fear. Not only did we get more high picks but now can use the money we might have paid Adams fill in other holes if offense I was notably one of Adams biggest proponents - I think he is/was a lot better player than he was given credit for. I think a lot of what he posted online early on was twisted to make him look bad. Even after all of this latest off season nonsense I was hoping it was all a ploy to try and iron out a contract. But in the end he went overboard and effectively burnt his bridges here. Am I happy he's gone ? not from an on the field perspective but form the circus and division it had the potential to effect the team. The trade in my eyes was a win-win and there's no way Jets fans should be mad at the return we got. 3
