Don't believe this to be true. We have several burners on the team - Perriman, Mims and Berrios. Perriman and Mims are big, physical and fast. I can see them going deep and a bunch of 10 yard quick outs that will be there when they respect our speed. Berrios I can see grabbing a short pass and making something out of it.

That was a lot of RA’s success. It can be duplicated. But RA never really became a mid range route runner. That’s where Mims and Perriman can be better. If he’s figured it out it’s solid dearth. I’m not worried about the team and it’s talent level on offense. I really believe that Sam with Herndon, Crowder and Bell will make this offense go. Those 3 will each catch between 60-80 passes. If Mims and Perriman can complement that then the offense will look formidable. The rest is solid depth that needs to be developed. I think people are underestimating the impact Perriman is going to have. I think Sam is going enjoy passing to him. He is similar to Mims in that Sam just has to get the ball in his general vicinity and he can go get it. His route running as definitely improved and he is a threat to go the distance with his speed. That should create more space underneath for Crowder, Herndon, Bell etc. Mims can make this an above average group if he develops quickly enough. Btw I don't think we should sleep on Jeff Smith. This guy has blazing speed and with a year under his belt he could surprise. V. Smith better get healthy quick or he could lose his job to J. Smith. 5
