WR trade market: Who would you target at these prices?

Godwin and Golladay are the only ones I'd even considered trading a first for and I still wouldnt.  These guys are in fact, 3rd round picks themselves, so like just draft right.  A 2nd in a heartbeat.

I'd also be willing to part ways with a 2nd for Kupp, Allen, Hilton (and some of the guys who are  your 1st rd comp category) - probably not, because again, 3rd round picks and most importantly, you knew damn well coming into this season WR was a major concern and you took 1 WR late in the 2nd.  You signed a bunch of maybes and now you're going to give up future assets?  No..  It's ride or die time.  I dont like the idea of throwing picks at the position 20 days from the start of the season to "fix" obvious negligence.  If this was a contender, for sure, but for this team?  Picks are too valuable.   Some of the 3rd and beyond, ok, maybe but 1st/2nd round picks?  No.

Forget Godwin.  Bucs are going all in next 2 years with Brady and Arians both nearing retirement

I dont think so.  Last season was a blatant tank job by the Bengals.  If Green was shot, the cheap Bengals owner would have let him walk, not franchised him.
