Jetlife33
I don’t think this is happening, but if it does and it really is for a 2, that’s a hell of a steal. No way it’s for 2 3’s.

He's not worth a 2 and he's not worth the heavy coin we'd have to spend on him to retain him longterm. The minute you trade for a guy like him you're locked in to overpay him. Seattle is going to learn that the hard way with Adams. Ngakoue is barely above average when it comes to athleticism. Those types don't last long in this league, and they aren't the kind of player Douglas tends to value. well look at the brains on Brad!!!!! 1

So, are you telling me CJ Mosely is gonna bubble himself during the entire season? Like not go anywhere in public? f*cking guy will probably be seen in Sams Club or Cosco, food shopping in Supermarkets, going to some clubs. I guarantee you the Jets facility is safer than any place he’s going during his hiatus! Ridiculous! 1

Sammybighead
I don’t get this. I like the player, but don’t get the circumstances. We cannot extend him now, correct? He can walk at the end of the year, correct? This move would make sense if he’s the final piece of a championship puzzle. Can somebody smarter than I (low bar) explain this? SackExchangeNYJ
I may be wrong on this, but if the Jets traded a third for him (with another third in 2021 contingent on him signing an extension here), and he walked, wouldn't the Jets get a compensatory pick? And with what he could get in free agency, that might be as high as a third. So theoretically, the Jets could get him for one year for a net wash, if that was the deal. 1
