  1. 1. When will be the next time in your life you see the NY Jets field a legit offense and not make scoring points look like solving a rubix cube?

    • It’s coming this season, just expect a slow start due to lack of preseason and all the new guys.

    • Not until we get rid of Gase.

Look, Sam might suck but the bottom line is, do you trust Adam Gase to run a successful offense?  Something he's never done except when he was getting coffee for Peyton Mannning?

NO!  Of course you dont.  So there is your answer.  Sam is more than likely another long line of busts but I dont want Gase anywhere near the next QB.

We have a completely new offense at 8 of the 11 positions on the field from last year. You'd be hard pressed to find many teams with that many changes EVER in the NFL. What Idzik started & Macc finished here is truly mind boggling.

5 new olineman. 2 new WRs, Bell got hurt. So now both RBs were also new.

Even Herndon hasn't played in over a year & 1/2 and his 1st year in the system.

Think about that for a moment & now realize we had ZERO preseason games! Again we lost players that were important to the season in Avery, Mims, V Smith, then Cashman goes down again, Bell with a hamstring. This team needs ALL HANDS ON DECK to even compete.

We just played what I believe will be the 3rd best team in the AFC & rising, who literally returned 90% of their starters & added Stephon Diggs who would be our best WR.

We are truly rebuilding. A true rebuild is ugly. Let's hope our Oline & Dline get better, that's where it all starts, Becton looks like he'll be a 10 year beast, we haven't seen Mims yet, Davis will be slowly integrated, no idea on Zuniga or Huff? Let's watch it play out with zero expectations except that we find some studs & diamonds in the rough as the season progresses.

Brady, Brees and Marino wouldn't look good with this sad excuse for WR talent. And Herndon isn't exactly Kellen Winslow either.

Not an excuse for Sam's poor play, but he has never had a good group of receivers. Much like Trubisky. People are on him for not producing, but which of his wide receivers has been better than average?

The talent on this team needs to be vastly upgraded.  And that is going to take a long time.
