Strength and Conditioning Coaches/Staff

Gase's teams never stay healthy, going back to MIA.  Comes back to strength and conditioning staff/coaches, which is the responsibility of the HC.

The Jets most recent run of "success" from say 1997 to 2010, we had a very good S/C staff.  John Lott was brought on by Parcells and was outstanding.  Jets hired Sal Alosi away from Hofstra.  He worked under Lott and did a decent job when he took over, until that tripping incident. Thereafter, one can argue the staff has been nothing but subpar.

Side note, Alosi landed on his feet with UConn.

It's been long enough...bring Sal back!
