playtowinthegame
Jackson & Jackson Coulda been a contenda... Lamar is the opposite of a coach killer. He turns that hot seat into an extension. Harbaugh should give him a percentage. Woot woot!
playtowinthegame
Baker Mayfield is a serial coach killer.
Beerfish
No, Baltimore and a guy like Harbaugh are one of the few guys that changed thins up totally for the young QB. If Lamar Jackson was on the jets under gase he would be forced into a no motion, pocket offense with no Wrs or TEs to throw to.
DJF71
If they completely changed the offense in Cleveland then yes he would have been successful. Probably not as successful in a normal NFL offense. Then again being a Jets fan I haven't seen an NFL offense in a long time.

You can't tackle him. He would run around until guys got open.
shawn306
Harbaugh basically re-did his offense to suit Lamar's talent. It is the difference between a good coach and a great coach. That being said. I would still like to see Lamar win a playoff game. Right now he is nothing more than a FF coach's dream.

Bowles and Mac would still be here if Mac kept all his picks and drafted Lamar Jackson. That hiker guy Bates, who was our OC, would be coveted around the league as a head coaching candidate. He'd probably be the head coach of the Giants right now.

I disagree, did you see how jackson looked his 1st year when he was plunked into the joe flacco do not run offense?

Let's flip the script. Would John Harbaugh still be the head coach of the Ravens if Baker Mayfield was his quarterback instead of Lamar Jackson.
