Josh Allen 24/35 417 4TDs

Recommended Posts

Wow! I don’t want to get banned for this, but he is having an MVP start to the season.

Got to pin some of the blame on Douglas/Gase as the Bills have done a much better job developing/building around their young QB.

Sad days to be a Jets fan

Baker, Darnold and Rosen going through growing pains to say the least but Jackson and Allen are putting up MVP numbers. It's cruel but sports be like that sometimes.

Josh Allen is just flat out good. He's dynamic and coming from a pro style offense in college, where he wasn't dumping an inflated amount of screen passes to pump up his completion percentage. Mac was an idiot for not picking the guy. Actually people thought it was crazy for the mocks to have him 1st overall. Many on this board are so much a fan of their opinion that they can't admit they're wrong on the guy.
I'll admit I was wrong ... I wanted Rosen.

Have to admit that I really didn't want him leading up to the draft, but it was obvious by the end of last season that he was trending upward. Bills got it right.

Time for folks on here to just admit that he's a good QB.

Tbh I refuse to eat crow on this until there is playoff success. With playoff success I'll add some chipotle sauce on that bird and wolf it down,

He has the arm strength

You can't coach that, but you can ball control and accurracy

Sam just doesn't have the arm so it's ceiling/floor issue that the jets seem to be losing ... for now

If you play the Jets and the Dolphins every week you’re sure to look like world beaters.

I agree, but he's definitely performing and winning the games he's supposed to win. That's all you can ask for from a young QB who you expect to come of age. Darnold can still be a quality starter in the Tony Romo tier. Hopefully we see that level of play.

He has played the Phins and the Jets two of the worst teams in the league, we'll see how he does when he start playing real teams.

I wanted Darnold and thought that Allen was the worst by far out of the 5 QB's drafted in the 1st round.  He has been great so far, no if's and's or but's about it.  That being said, I still think Darnold will be a franchise level QB.

Allen/Lamar may the most athletic, but they're also the biggest "Gamers" as well.

Lamar has a huge chip on his shoulder. I think he puts it there himself to get himself going, but people said he couldn't throw and then he worked and worked...came out last season and was one of the better passers in the league. Throw on his running with that determination and he's a monster.

Allen is the same. The guy is relentless in doing whatever it takes and lives Football. Diggs made a comment about how he loves Allen because he knows Allen will "go hard" all the time. Allen had a problem with the deep ball..now he's he's chucking it down field like he's Rodgers.

Allen is good and the Bills have surrounded him with NFL talent and not Bowles and Gase as his HC's. He does make some boneheaded decisions sometimes and will get hurt eventually is he continues to run as much as he does.

He ran once today. But everyone can keep buying into the narrative. The guy is a competitor.

Yeah, TODAY he ran once but during his career so far he has run alot and could very well get hurt if he continues to do so.
