shuler82
Three games in a little early to say. Yeah, he is wrong, because the guaranteed money tied up in those contracts is no where near $20 million. But Caporoso never lets the details get in the way of a juicy tweet headline.

Any time you go all in you have to hope that you either win it all, or you drafted well enough for when you get in cap trouble. Problem with his drafting was he traded away picks all the time and so if he didnt nail every pick we were screwed. Then that 2010 draft happened. Complete disaster. Popular Post Skeet Ulrich
I think JD has a pretty good idea what he's doing. He saw the Jet roster, knew it was a ******* mess, insisted on 6 years guaranteed so he could have proper time to build it up the right way. Anyone who thought this team was going to compete for the playoffs this year is just a blind Jet homer or just really needs to do better roster analysis(this is not even taking into account the coaching aspect, which is obviously piss-poor). If you're going to be bad: BE BAD. It doesn't make sense to put some patchwork on this roster to squeeze six wins out of it.

Mangini was a good defacto GM Rex was a disaster as a defacto GM Tanny was along for the ride and contract language. 1
