I guarantee Joe Flacco will start week 4

That would say to everyone that the main reason the team sucks is because of darnold, obviously.  It wouldn’t help though.  The OL is injured and flacco would get hit too much.  But if the wrs return that could help.

If they do decide to sit Sam, the only choice is either White or Morgan, whoever is more ready. Flacco should never see the field.

If Gase wants to get fired he'll start Flacco

week 4 for us is in 3 days.  No way he puts Flacco out  there.

Frankly, I want the Jets to be thoroughly embarrassed and hosed on Thursday.  I want Gase fired.  I hope the entire team plays like sht, IOW as badly as they have in the first 3 games.

Something like 31 -3 should do it.

Flaaco is coming back from a serious neck injury. To put him behind this offensive line wouldn’t be fair. Roll with Darnold one more game. Fire Gase. Let interim coach decide after that.

Darnold is gonna get Gase fired.

Jets fan: Start Darnold another game.

Gase on phone with Douglas: **** this kid sucks. I @GATA bench him and start Flacco.

Eh, I’m not sure Gase cares anymore either.  I think it’s likely he doesn’t.

he has guaranteed money - I wouldn’t want to coach this crap he’s been given.

He’ll take his money, take the rest of the year off and likely land an OC or College HC job....

No way he doesn't care. I'm not buying that.

Actually, if you think about it, that's the reason Gase left Miami. He didn't want to coach a rebuild/tank. He bitched himself out of a job there. Is it possible he just doesn't want to do that here ?

The past three weeks Adam Gase has gone down without a fight.

Trailing by double-digits? Inside runs gaining 2-3 yards max, pass behind the sticks, punt.

That is classic running out the clock, accepting defeat behavior right there.

Pretty sure flacco will use the in still injured argument to not come in and throw the ball to berrios and whatever other garbage we field that day behind a depleted offensive line guarenteeing von miller and bradley chubb carreer days.

That's what bad quarterback play does to a man. It chips away at your aggressiveness slowly but surely. Before you know it you have no plays to get a first down when it's 4th and 7.

Tannehill wasn’t bad in miami.

Miami wasn't this bad when they had a healthy Tannehill. Miami wasn't even this bad when the had Brock f-ing Osweiler. Remember the month of "Brocktober" and that come from behind win against the Bears.

Point is the Miami job wasn’t as bad, they actually had a qb performing reasonably well.

How very Jet like would it be to have a 35 year old QB handing it off to a 37 year old RB on a winless team.   Therefore, I see this happening in two weeks.

I said the same exact thing after the game yesterday. I’m sure he be happy to climb into the lifeboat with the women and children.
He always probably knows he needs to manage his money smart for the rest of his life. He’ll never work in the NFL at any level ever again Is my guess.

Starting Flacco is like bringing a rusting musket to a fight.    Although I agree that as soon as he's healthy, Flacco is the Jet starter.

If they start Flacco at any point this year over Darnold, they should walk down to the sidelines and fire Gase on the spot.

Lol no chance there starting Flacco

Watch and learn.   We get killed on Thursday night and if healthy Flacco becomes the starter.

Flacco keeps his signed retirement papers in his back pocket. Try to put him in a game and see what happens. He's made over $70m. Only a buffoon would risk permanent spinal injury to play for this team.

Flacco is here for mentorship. I'd say White or Morgan would start if it gets to that point.

Flacco goes Covid-19 if asked to start for this team.
