My wish: Have the offense call their own plays. I know it will never happen, but I like thinking about it. I, for one, would be on the edge of my seat for every play call. I also delude myself into believing it would be an incredible experience for Sam and all the other offensive players. They would not only know why they just ran a particular play, but they would become attuned to spotting the opponents tendencies and weakness. Also, we likely get the #1 pick. Your thoughts? Sent from my iPhone using JetNation.com mobile app At the very least give Darnold the autonomy to audible and next time we are in 4th and 1 hw can maybe sneak it for a 1st down or play action with a pass instead of a run up the middle that we all see coming which easily explains why it fails.
