But two guys I'm souring on quickly these days are Gregg Williams (no discipline, can't stop a run, can't stop a 3rd string QB) and Joe Douglas who presides over an organization whose culture he said he'd change, but somehow continues to do all the same things, mismanaging player health, unable to build depth, etc.

You can't build depth in one draft and by signing FA players. Bad luck with injuries or bad health managment has killed this year's draft. Of course the R Anderson decision was about culture and that didn't work out too well.

This year is lost; the best thing we can get out of it is a new coaching staff and some good picks. If we get #1 or #2 and don't pick QB, can trade down and fill up the team nicely.
