One pass over the middle is resulting in 15 seconds coming off the clock and we’re kicking a field goal.

What's your point?  The plays I cited include a punter getting plowed over, a QB getting hit after a slide, and a RB bodyslammed about 3 seconds after the play was blown dead all being deemed fine, while a QB hit in the chest while releasing the ball, and coverage on a throw well out of bounds somehow draw major flags.  Repeated instances of incompetence don't magically disappear because it may not have been the case 100% of the time, just because that conveniently fits your own narrative.  Your point on referees seems to be a matter of absolutes, which is just plain idiotic.  Your position on this is like saying the noodle was a good QB because Doug Brien missed FGs.  Don't resort to their level of stupidity.

Bottom line, any time officials are getting themselves very actively involved in the game, they are incompetent at their jobs.

I agree that Darnold has not played well, but I think the WRs he is playing with are simply unacceptable in 2020 NFL. Look at the WRs the other guy has. It's every week. Your best WR can't be Crowder. He's a nice slot guy who should be, at the very best, a 3rd option on a championship caliber offense. 

Regardless of what happens with Darnold, the Jets need to join the rest of the NFL and start prioritizing getting good WRs.

what game are you watching, on most of the throws he has been .  Also, get some people that can run the correct route and nit just keep running... these WR except for Smith suck.

Losing a leader who actually played like he gave a fukk hurts.  Jamal played with passion and held teammates accountable.  This unit is pure garbage.  When your team is below average and a player is playing with passion you pay the man unless you just want to keep pay salary at the floor instead of the near the ceiling.  Great haul by JD but Jamal's absence is noticeable.
