He's been flirting with the idea of going to Dallas since 2018 too. Guys tweeting him saying Dallas should pay Jamal whatever he wants to come there. Then Jamal would like the tweet. Now you can argue he just wants to get paid a lot but given his recent track history that leads me to believe the idea has been there at least since that point.
