Yeah no sh*t.

This is what happens when you send him back out there to get pummelled and those injections wear off.

Flacco/Gore leading us to 5 wins is still on.

Flacco did not look very interested list night.

I would not expect 5 wins - lol

If Darnold does end up missing time this year, another reason to potentially move on from him at the end of the year is that he will not have played all 16 games in any of his first 3 seasons in the league.

They’re going to do this regardless.  This team will have a top 3 pick, it’s hard to see this team winning more than 3 games and that’s even a stretch at this point.

That actually should have been a penalty based on the new rules with QBs.
He was forcibly thrown into the ground like a UFC takedown, anyone throws Tom Brady or now Mahomes down like that with the extra emphasis of flipping him into the ground everyone here knows flags would be flying.

That was a Namath vintage hit.

Knowing how this regime treats injuries they'll want him to rub some dirt on it and play, regardless of whether or not he tore something in his shoulder.

Yes, because that is what they did with Mims, Perine, Davis, Bell, Flacco, Smith, Smith, Clark, Maulet, Cashman, Owunusor and Zuniga.

Regardless of whether you think Darnold can be a good QB or not, if he has a multi-game injury due to this, it's time to move on regardless.

3 straight years to start your career, missing 3 games each in each of your first two and another several games in year 3, means you can't trust the guy to stay healthy for a full 16.  You just can't.

Drew Brees put together 15 straight seasons where he played 15 or 16 games (he sat some games with playoff spots locked up).  Eli Manning missed 1 game over 14 years.  Yet Darnold can't get through a season without missing time?
