I am absolutely jealous yet obsessed with the Bills’ offense. I’m totally in love with their offense and their play caller. The way he has worked, improved, and completely elevated Josh Allen’s game is spectacular to me. Allen’s pass coverage has increased year by year. The play calling and the design of his offense constantly has offensive players in space playing to their strengths.

Daboll was around for the Pats’ Super Bowls as a defensive assistant and a wide receivers coach. He was our QB coach in 2007 and 2008 while Favre was in town. However, he has completely elevated Allen’s game since coming in the league while our offensive ‘guru’ has done the complete opposite. This is a man that will bring an identity to this town.

Please hire this man!

He’s the assistant that I would want the most.

Why the hell everyone is so in love with a guy like Bienemy is beyond me. Dude has been given probably 15 interviews over the last few years and was never even considered a finalist for a HC opening. And the next time I see Andy Reid without a play call sheet in his hands will be a first. He runs that KC offense from top to bottom.

Daboll then Roman then Smith then Monken

Bienemy is Dowell Loggains.

You can count on the Johnson's to come away with neither Daboll or Roman.

Our only hope is JD being the point man in the search. If CJ is in charge we will likely end up with either marrone or bill O’Brien after they are fired.

Next year will be a little different. With 4 first round picks and potentially a number 1 overall Over the next two seasons, the jets may actually have a chance to get a decent coach in. With that being said, it just seems like they always pick the wrong guy so it’s hard to have faith in the johnsons making the right choice. Seems like this ownership is always forcing our candidates to keep someone around if they want the job. Hopefully this time around the johnsons get the hell out of the way and do what needs to be done to turn this franchise around.

That's all great if we have a GM drafting legitimate talent.

We have a roster filled with high-character choir boys with tight hamstrings.

No Sheldon Richardsons or Robbie Andersons, no high-maintenance squaking safety.

Nobody on our roster, has ever smoked a joint, was ever late for football practice or ever threatened to "nut" anyone in the eye.

It's a Jets PR department's, dream team of football no bodies.

The Jets need a proven leader at HC next year, not another coordinator from a superior organization.  I am sure Daboll is a great coordinator/coach, but there is no evidence that he has the CEO type skills necessarily to HC a mess like the Jets.

That is why McCarthy and Rhule were good candidates.  Bowles was Coordinator of the Year.  Gase was basically hired by the Jets for being the OC of the Broncos.

Guys like Daboll or Bienemy can’t report to Chris Johnson.

As much as I’d love Daboll as our coach, I seriously doubt he comes here, after him seeing what kind of owner(s) Woody Johnson and little baby sister Chrissy are.

As a memory refresher: Daboll saw first hand what happened to The Mangina in 2008. Mangina wanted no part of Old Man Favre, yet was forced upon him and told his job was safe regardless the outcome.

Favre’s biceps scissored themselves into oblivion, right along with the Jets playoff bid and Mangina’s career.

Daboll the then QB coach of NYJ, (who also learned under known Jet murderer Bill Belichick) I’m sure wants nothing to do with this Dolan-NFL squad....unless he has some sort of respect/belief in Joe Douglas and likes Lawrence or Fields.

I think Daboll goes to a 'good' team that disappoints like a Chargers or Broncos.
