He threw the players under the bus with this afterwards too.

When asked about Arizona going for it he takked about all the options and talent they have making it an easy call.

Horrible play call, really a terrible series. If he used any of the rbs we get the first time third down, if he isd the player every other person in his position would have used, BELL, we would have probably scored a TD. Then on 4th he runs his BS vanilla Run with no help or chance to succeed. 

Them proceeds to blame bell for not converting. The most basic ofnrun plays would probt have worked even in those condit but of course he runs a terrible play that gave bell 0 chance.

I feel bad for all our players, but bell especially, he literally doesn't understand it. He like why you even bring me here. The answer is Gase didn't and he is will to run old ass gore, TE no one heard of and some dude off the street smith over him.

He has thrown the players under the us every time. The whole post game press conference is supposed to give the reaction to the game. Gase acts like he wasn't the coach and is just surprised by everything, no plans, adjustments, no in sights no nothing, now I don't expect much but at least you can say something describijg what went bad and how to fix it.

We didn't really change anything and that was probably something we will look at. Joe is a superbowl winning qb we are going to try running stuff he is comfortable with

Well you never want to let a game get out of hand, but ok offense is capable of much more . I am going to adjust our game plan going forward to give us more oppt to score. Our players played hard but we were in too many hard situations, as Head coach I am going to be putting them in some better match ups and higher percentage plays.

This Jet's look  exactly like his fin's teams...Gase continues to not even try to make game plans or draw plays to his players strengths.

Seeing Wesco get the ball was a true LOL moment for me.  Gase is a clown act.   And why is Wesco here anyway?   What draft smart GMs this organization has hired.

Gase is proving himself to be one of the worst HC's in the history of the NFL.  Yet the Johnsons think he is terrific.  We have the dumbest sports owners on the history of planet Earth. 

There are only 4 people on planet Earth who think Gase is competent: Woody Johnson, Chris Johnson, Jennifer Gase (maybe), and SAR.

That is the bigger problem that Gase is a symptom of

 

 

The Sars and Nyjunc’s think Woody is this great owner because he inherited a very good roster from Bill Parcells in 2001.  They don’t understand that Woody and Chrissy are the dumbest owners in all of sports - yes even worse than Dolan and I guarantee the Knicks make the playoffs long before the jets ever do

If Gase is fired at the end of the season, I won't care that CJ didn't fire him now. The two teams that fired their HC aren't getting any better and it was probably done to appease the fan base in a season where there is little to cheer about. I look at it this way, Gase has consistently made a case for his dismissal every time he stands on the sidelines. Let him build a case for him to be fired that is so undeniable, that even CJ and Woody will have no choice but to send him packing. If this is what gets us to the bottom line we want, fine. As far as Sam, he isn't improving under Williams and I think he has regressed to the point where he is possibly worse than when he entered the league. We gave Sam the same treatment Carr got on the Texans. He can turn it around but we are probably better off looking else where at this point. I feel bad for Sam because he should be better than this.

I'm telling you guys that right now there are 6/7 teams in the NFL that are watching this sh*tshow from afar & are already looking at film of Sam Darnold to determine how they should go about acquiring him if the Jets are the #1 pick in the draft in 2021. 

We would be crazy not to continue fixing the Oline, get more skill players & draft Trevor Lawrence at #1. 5 year rookie deal. 

Look around the league & you've got numerous teams that need a QB. Don't for one moment think the other organizations haven't noticed the Gase affect. Tannyhill leaves & thrives, Gesicki, Parker, all thriving. I'm not saying Darnold would bring a plethora of picks but I still could see a mid 1st. Vikings, Bears, Steelers, Redskins, Dallas? (Who knows if Dak gets a big contract?), Colts, Tampa Bay, all of these teams are in need of a young QB in the next few years & Sam is 23 years old. 

Seattle traded 2 firsts & a 3rd for a freaking safety that will have no real affect on their putrid defense. That team is 100% about Russell Wilson. Sam Darnold on a well run team would have much more of an impact & that's why I still think a team with a mid round one will take that chance on him based on the Jets last 10 years of futility. Look how many players a great coach like Belichick has ressurected at all kinds of different positions.
