I'd sure like to see some good play from mims...

It's concerning, so do I but we can't afford any wins. I'm a bit torn. They NEED Mims, Clark and Becton to all be awesome for the future tho. I have no real complaints everyone being hurt as long as it's a fluke for this year and they're all gonna be great when they play ...next year. or this year as long as they lose

Teams literally sign guys sitting on their couch and start them the following week. Look no further than our very own Jets year after year. DT last year, Hogan this year.

Think what you like.  Playing Mims with no practice immediately after getting off IR.....is a good way to both not produce, and get him reinjured.

But sure, whatever you guys want. /shrug.

Veteran players, yes.  I don't think it should work like that for a rookie who hasn't had a single practice with the team yet.

I don't think anyone reasonable is suggesting it'll be another month before we see him or anything.  But this week it makes sense to have him practice but not play, then look to get him into games starting as early as the following week.

I dig...

As usual, the big question that encompasses everything is Johnson.  Even if the GM and HC and roster are in place (and they are not), Johnson can still mess things up with his meddling.

There is never going to be any hope of having a quality team to watch if and until Johnson resigns himself to letting a professional run the team.

As of right now, the jury is still out on Joe Douglas.  Is he that man ??? I don't know.  Given the decisions he has made so far,  it looks like he knows what he is doing.

How do you know what you're suggesting didn't happen last week? If he's healthy let him play, lord knows we need all of the help at WR that we can get.

He was only approved to practice this week.  That was reported.  Mims did not practice last week.  I believe he has not taken part in a single practice with the Jets until this week.

Of course! We need our young guys getting experience. Do you know how many games Edelman has played banged up? I mean seriously they ARE football players. If he's healthy we need him on the damn field.

There may have been one or two over the summer, but pretty much

Or, have him practice and see how he looks. If he is able to go 100% and knows what he is doing, put him in the game.
