Blaming the Players not the obvious playcalling issues

There was always a 0 % chance Gase was going to relinquish playcalling duties to Patton Oswalt. 

It's the only part of his job he cares to do, as he spends about 90 % of the game staring at his playsheet deciding whether to dive left or dive right..

I don't understand why these plays don't work anymore. Maybe if Flacco yells "omaha!" a lot, they will work again?

I agree, the problem with Gase is the lack of execution.

We lead the league in 2nd and long runs which analytically are the worst plays in football on offense. Gase is clueless and checks out of the game by the early 3rd quarter every game

@AFJF said it best on this week's JN podcast. Well yeah if players execute perfectly then you could win a game calling non-stop QB draws. But a HC's job is to account for the probability of success considering the situation and opponent.
