So how does it currently work? Does Gase report to JD or Johnson? And if Gase is fired who is in charge of hiring the new coach JD or Johnson?

Of what we have been told Gase and Douglas report to Chris Johnson independent of each other.

If Gase is fired Johsnon will I am sure get lots of input from Douglas but in the end it is Johnsons call.

This is the biggest impediment to success with this team right now.  A Gm or president should report to Johson and johsnon bros should stay the hell out of the coaching decision.
