playtowinthegame
Let's all cross our fingers we never see Fitz play like this in our two games we face the Dolphins. It would be AWFUL if that happened and the Dolphins miss their cover this week by a half point. 2 2

Popular Post UntouchableCrew
Dolphins destroyed the 9ers and Jaguars and were within one score of the Seahawks and Bills. Only lost to the Pats by 10. They're actually a solid, competent team -- I think they're better than the Cardinals. They're going to kill us. 4

Had a great visit with my son who lives a few hours north of KC, made the drive down the morning of that game, great tailgate with a few fellow JN posters. But then the game started, and what started out as a great weekend completely fell apart.

A real leader. Fits should teach a masterclass in how to become an NFL millionaire with Division 3 QB talent. I give him a ton of credit. He's tough and smart. But, his are arm is weak and he is inaccurate. What he does better than any QB I've ever seen is take chances that are smart. He knows that he can never make a big play on talent alone (like the Darnold miracle pocket escapes and throwing dimes on the run). So, he throws ill advised passes into the teeth of the D to guys he thinks can come down with the ball and make a play. He loved Brandon Marshall as a WR. That is his kind of guy. Basically, he'd throw weak ass passes Brandon's way and hope his WR made a play for him. But, as a I said Fits is smart. So, he limits himself and tries to avoid this crap in the red zones. This is why Fits has multiple 3 to 5 interception games every season. When the breaks don't go his way and his WRs are not battling for balls, the 20+ yard plays become turnovers because you can time the flight of his downfield passes with a sun dial.

Adoni Beast
Fitzpatrick is the biggest concern I have from us avoiding 0-16, for now anyway. Don’t forget with the covid cases rising, if star players on opposing teams get quarantined and can’t play vs us, we unfortunately squeak out a win. I am giving him credit. I literally typed “I give him a ton of credit.” He plays the percentages better than anyone. He has masterfully carved himself out a long career lacking the 2 things everyone looks for in a QB: arm strength and accuracy.

Philly last year immediately comes to mind. Hate me. Taunt me. Scream at me. Trash talk with me. Laugh at me. Have fun at my expense. SayNoToDMC
laugh at him all you want. He would have willed this team to a win already. He's not good, but he's game every week and puts it on the line.
